Are your products really made from natural ingredients?
Yes, our products are 100% natural. We research and source for the finest and all-natural ingredients, to provide you with a natural self-care experience. Our essential oils are imported from all over the world. Our formulas do not contain parabens, SLS, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrances and artificial colors.
Do you test on animals?
No, we love animals, and all our products are cruelty-free.
What is the shelf life of your products?
It varies from 6 months to 2 years. You can find your product’s exact expiration date on your product’s package.
Do you have a shop where I can try your products?
We are purely online for now, but we do pop ups quarterly. Please follow our Instagram account (@zenklebox) for updates!
Do you do gift-wrap?
Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping and gift card. If you are purchasing as a gift and would like us to leave a personal note or gift-wrap on your behalf, please leave us a message with your order number.
Do you do custom orders for a special occasion?
Yes, we do! We would love to customise your order to suit the occasion. Please drop us an email at email@example.com, leave your message on our site live chat, or on our social media pages.
What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept return or exchange unless your order arrived damaged. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve.
Please note there may be a slight discrepancy in the product appearance (especially self-care tools that are made from natural materials, such as jade facial massage roller and massage stone) from the product images online. In such cases, the variance is not considered a wrong product or product defect.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we do! Please send your bulk order requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond your enquiry within 1 – 2 working days.
How much is the shipping rate?
Shipping within Singapore is free above a minimum order of $30. For purchases below S$30, we charge a flat fee of S$3.50 for direct courier delivery.
How long does it take for shipping?
Shipping and delivery within Singapore takes 2- 3 business days. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your delivery.
If there would be a significant delay in processing or shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, international shipping starts at SG$9.90. The shipping rate is automatically calculated after you enter your address during check out.
A gentle reminder that you will have to be responsible of any charges your country may imply for import tax or duty.
What if my order arrived damaged?
It is our responsibility to make sure that the item is securely packed. If you have opened the packaging and found that your item is broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damages immediately and contact us at email@example.com.
