Water is the healthiest beverage for your everyday go-to drink, but it can get boring to drink only water all the time. You may not know that there are other beverages that you can drink besides water which also include health benefits. Opt for water most of the time, but if you need some variety in your life, choose these nutritious drinks to stay on the healthy side of things!
